My newspaper writing was once called David Foster Wallace-ian by the bloggers. But that's because I once used endnotes as a gimmick, not because I'm capable of thinking (or writing) on more than one level at any given time.

Is it bad that I've never read Infinite Jest? I do have a copy at home. It's in the sun room, under a plant, brown and warped from watering. Perhaps I should read it.
